BRING YOUR OWN BALL AND ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO ALL SESSIONS!

Per MIGB policy, practice sessions and tryouts including tune-up clinics are closed to parents.

  • 9/9 & 9/16: Tune-Up Clinics (with former NBA Asst Coach Corey Belser) $25 per session
    • Monday, 9/9 @ Northwood
      • 5th/6th grades 5:30-7:00 pm
      • 7th/8th grades 7:00-8:30 pm
    • Monday, 9/16 @ Northwood
      • 5th/6th grades 5:30-7:00 pm
      • 7th/8th grades 7:00-8:30 pm
    • Description: Preparation and skills development clinics with Corey Belser (who has coached for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and Sacramento Kings after a successful college career). He is an assistant director now for Seattle U and will bring over a decade of coaching experience to help the girls get ready for tryouts!
  • 9/20 and 9/21: Tryouts @ PEAK (MI Boys & Girls Club) $25 registration fee
    • Friday, 9/20
      • 5th/6th grades 6:00-7:30 pm
      • 7th/8th grades 7:30-9:00 pm
    • Saturday, 9/21
      • 5th/6th grades 9:00-10:30 am
      • 7th/8th grades 10:30 am-12 pm
  • Both days are required – If your child is unable to make it to both tryout dates, they will be evaluated on the one tryout they attend
  • October: Twice-per-week practices begin
  • Tournaments TBA: Each team will enter 3 state qualifying tournaments
  • March 7-9, 2025 State Tournament for all qualifying teams
