- Continue South on Island Crest Way until you reach the light at SE 40th Street.
- Take a left at SE 40th Street.
- Turn right on 86th Avenue SE.
- Turn left on SE 42nd Street.
- The high school is on the left, the gym is the first building you see, with the entry down the central steps near the turn-around.

- From I-90 (either direction), take the Island Crest Way exit
- Continue South on Island Crest Way until you reach the 4-way stop at SE 68th Street (3.2 miles)
- Turn right on SE 68th Street
- Turn left on 84th Avenue SE
- When you reach the curve where the road will become 72nd Street, turn left to stay on 84th Avenue SE.
- The parking lot is the next right turn.
- The gym is in the building to the left as you face the complex.

- From the East on I-90, (NOT the express lanes) take the Island Crest way exit, continue straight through the light on North Mercer Way.
- Turn left on 76th Avenue SE.
- Turn Right on SE 24th Street.
- Turn Left on West Mercer Way.
- It is on the right after .2 miles.
- The gym is on the left end as you face the club.
- From the West on I-90, (NOT the express lanes) take the West Mercer Way exit.
- Turn right on West Mercer Way.
- Continue straight through the stop at SE 24th Street.
- It is on the right after .2 miles.
- The gym is on the left end as you face the club.

- From I-90 (either direction), take the Island Crest Way exit.
- Continue South on Island Crest Way (.8 mile).
- Turn left on SE 39th Street.
- Turn left on 84th Avenue SE (immediately after last turn).
- The church is on your left.
- The gym is the taller building to the right of the sanctuary.

- If coming from the East, turn left to cross over the freeway and continue straight through the light.
